Are these genuine Sennheiser?

Our replacement are not direct from the manufacturer. In many cases the OEM stopped making, or never made replacement ear pads, but are high quality and fully compatible. In many cases the OEM has stopped making, or never made, replacement ear pads to encourage you to buy new headphones!
Are they easy to fit?

Super easy. These earpads have a lip, so you can just pull the old ones off and attach these via the lip around the a piece of plastic on the headphones

The replacement headphone ear covers are satisfactory.

The replacement headphone ear covers are satisfactory. The “flange” that sits under the headset plate is fabric not a rubber / elastic material as per the originals. Fitting these replacements took effort. They work fine.
The $100 question is always durability / longevity. I won’t be able to comment until they have had a year’s use.
