Shipping policy
International Orders and Import Taxes:
-
General Information: If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other additional charges which are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
-
EU Import Taxes: For customers ordering from the European Union, please be aware that import taxes are typically around 20%. This percentage may vary depending on your specific country and its customs regulations. Various countries within the EU are introducing new 'small parcel fees'. As of Jan 1 2026, parcels under €150 to Italy will have a €2 euro fee charged on receipt, and to Romania a 25 Lei fee.
-
Payment of Import Taxes: It is the customer's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are typically collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up – they are not additional shipping charges.
-
Declaration: All international packages are marked as "sale of goods" with the actual value declared. We cannot mark items as "gift" or reduce the value to decrease or avoid potential import duties or taxes.
-
Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses a shipment due to the local import duties or taxes, they will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
-
Further Information: For more detailed information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or any other aspect of your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
