Ordered a pair of QC35s replacement Ear Pads on 6th February. Have had no update on delivery, still says preparing shipment. Have emailed and messaged several times to chase up order with no response. Shall be pursuing a full refund and will be ordering with another company. Will not be using this company again that's for sure.
Found antiquated Bose headsets with dilapidated ear piece cushions,bought new cushions.Headsets like new for just over £10 including postage.What is there not to like ?
