Ended up getting thIs as a replacement for the original as it had stretched substantially over the last 7 years I’ve had the headset. Velcro and elastic both quite nice, and does the job well. Loses a star as it’s both a little bit too long and the fact that it’s just not as nice as the original first party one that came with my headset originally. Not the end of the world, but it feels a bit less premium
